This User Content Licence Agreement explains how content uploaded by users may be used within the Fashion Planet platform. By uploading content to Fashion Planet, you agree to the terms outlined below.

What Is User Content

User Content refers to any content uploaded or shared by users on the platform, including but not limited to:

• Photos of clothing
• Outfit images
• Wardrobe uploads
• Profile images
• Comments and captions
• Style recommendations shared publicly

Ownership of Content

Users retain full ownership of the content they upload to Fashion Planet. However, by uploading content to the platform, you grant Fashion Planet a limited licence to use that content to operate and improve the Service.

Licence Granted to Fashion Planet

By uploading content, you grant Fashion Planet Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• Store and display your content within the platform
• Share your content with other users where you choose to make it public
• Use your content to improve AI styling recommendations
• Use content for marketing or promotional purposes related to Fashion Planet
• Repost publicly shared outfits on Fashion Planet’s social media or promotional materials

This licence is necessary for the platform to function properly.

Content Visibility

Users can control whether content is:

• Private (visible only to the user)
• Shared publicly on the platform

Public content may be visible to other users.

User Responsibilities

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• The content does not infringe copyright or trademark rights
• The content does not contain illegal or harmful material

Users must not upload content belonging to others without permission.

Content Removal

Fashion Planet reserves the right to remove content that:

• Violates community guidelines
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Is abusive or inappropriate

Users may also delete their content at any time.

Termination of Licence

If you delete your content or account, the licence granted to Fashion Planet will end except where:

• Content has already been shared publicly by other users
• Content is required for legal or compliance reasons
