Users may upload images of clothing and outfits to the Fashion Planet platform. By uploading images, users confirm that:

• They own the content or have the legal right to use and upload the content.
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
• The content does not contain protected commercial imagery without permission.

Users Must Not Upload

• Professional product images taken from retailer websites without permission
• Copyrighted fashion photos belonging to brands, photographers, or magazines
• Images that infringe the rights of third parties

Actions for Copyright Complaints

If Fashion Planet receives a valid copyright complaint, we reserve the right to:

• Remove the infringing content immediately
• Suspend or terminate the responsible user account
• Cooperate with copyright owners where required by law

Fashion Planet operates a notice-and-takedown system for intellectual property complaints.
